Just because you don’t see a problem does not mean there is not a problem

Most leaks are not visual and therefore not detected for 2 to 3 years after the leak starts.  This gives plenty of time for timber to rot and the moisture to damage the inside structure of your home.

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to check for problems now before they have a chance to cause major structural damage? You may not have any problems now, but if you do then fixing them early will save you money in the long term.
