As one of the most costly problems with a home these days is the “leaky home syndrome” our Infrared inspections specialise in the detection of moisture and water leaks.

We undertake full Infrared Building Inspections including checks of:

Cladding, windows, roofs, decks, parapets, pergolas, bathrooms, laundrys, toilets, soffits, gutters, junctions, flashings, roof cavities, drainage, roofing, bay windows, control joints and many other areas that are specific to each house.

All inspections come with a full detailed report that highlights the findings of the inspection. A moisture layout plan with the moisture readings taken during the inspection will also be included. This gives you detailed information to enable you to make your decision or to plan for maintenance.
